Old Dominion University's LeADERS Program is a high impact learning initiative that allows students to reflect on their meaningful courses that they have taken over their time at ODU in order to connect them to real life experiences.
The areas that I have satisfied for the LeADERS program is leadership, academic internship, diversity, and research. I will be reflecting on these areas throughout my e-portfolio and how they will serve me after graduation in marketing. These courses and LeADERS have challenged me academically as well as personally, as I look back on my classes and achievements at ODU for the past 4 years.
